HOW IT WORKS

You can choose to either pay a 50% deposit today and the final payment and delivery is made when you are happy with your item/s.

Alternatively chose to pay "Full Amount" today and receive a 5% discount of your order total.

We will update you with photos and videos of your item throughout the production proces to ensure that the item matches your specifications.

    Product Requirements


    DELIVERY

    We deliver anywhere in the UK.

    Delivery in the UK is FREE and delivered by DHL. Tracking information will be available for all deliveries made with DHL.

    RETURNS

    In the unlikely event that the goods or services do not conform to the customers requirements, the customer should let us know within 14 days. If the goods are faulty or below the expected standard we will either:

    (A) Provide either a full or partial refund.
    (B) Replace the goods.
    (C) Repair the goods.

    If an item is to be refunded the customer will have up to 28 days to arrange the return of the item. Once the item is returned the payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
